Seriously. :)
I have amazing memories of Black Friday. I love it. It's the start of the Christmas season for me. I always find some cool deals, and I have a blast.
But looking through the ads this year, things just don't seem like great deals. Not much that seems worth getting up at 5am and spending our hard-earned money on.
I was really bummed. I still went out, got some things, but nothing like I used to.
I actually stayed within budget. And I, you know...thought about what I was going to buy.
Seriously. Dave Ramsey kills Black Friday.

Actually, I think that this year there weren't very many doorbuster deals at all. I went to Kmart and JoAnn Fabrics, which was mobbed, and left empty handed. So maybe temptation wasn't irresistible this year.
Hi Kris. I agree that Black Friday was a disappointment this year. Not really any terrific deals.
Congrats on getting BS1 completed!
I was lucky to get a couple of decent deals - but again - had a plan of attack before I got to the store of what I needed.
In and out... well for the most part.
The only change from the norm was:
I didn't by myself anything - because it wasn't in the plan, and my personal blow money was gone for the month LOL!
